PC Rush [Innocent Party]

PC Rush it seems is an innocent party, I only mention them because Best Buy had them listed on my receipt and on their online system if I searched by SKU. I mention search by SKU because if I search by order number I get a different company called HPP Enterprises. I spent several hours on the phone, a few emails and I was also on the call with Best Buy while they tried calling the wrong reseller with me on the line.
Geek Squad and Bestbuy.com were adamant and had me convinced that PC Rush was who had delivered my machine through bestbuy.com marketplace. I emailed PC Rush and called them a few time trying to track down someone that could help me with a Windows 7 license key. They said they had record of me as client and I argued with them based on Best Buy's records and support.

I finally called bestbuy.com for support and they passed the blame to PC Rush. After a 20 minute phone discussion with a few people at Best Buy they said they would call PC Rush with me on the line. I waited 40 minutes and they dropped me off the call. I called back and was told that the Best Buy person had left a voice message and not gotten through. So the new person called, another hour on the phone with her and she said she left a message for them. I waited and never heard back.

I called bestbuy.com again and the new person was able to let me know that it was actually HPP Enterprises that had sold me the device. We called them and they had a record of my purchase so we let PC Rush off the hook.

I only mention them to help you understand the additional frustration that was added to an already horrible customer service experience.
